Gegenüber Menschen ist Jóna zwar teilweise etwas schüchtern,aber kommt auch von alleine auf sie zu. Richtig neugierig ist die junge Isländerstute aber nicht. Im Umgang mit anderen Fohlen ist sie dagegen schon etwas tempramentvoller und da zeigt sie auch,dass sie einiges an Temprament von ihrem Vater übernommen hat. Schon jetzt zeigt sie eine große Gangveranlagung,die sie später bestimmt noch deutlicher zeigen wird.
