Giorgio II ist ein hervorragendes Dressurpferd in dunkler Jacke. Der Oldenburger verfügt über guten Gangarten und ein Interieur par excellence. Im Umgang ist der Wallach einfach und ruhig, somit eignet er sich perfekt als Turnierpferd.
Hassen tut der Braune allerdings kleine Kinder und deren Geschrei. Hierbei fängt er an rumzuspinnen und ins Leere auszuschlagen. Ansonsten ist er jedoch absolut brav.
Gegenüber anderen Pferden verhält sich der Wallach ruhig, eignet sich aber als Erzieher, denn gerade jungen Pferden lässt er selten etwas durchgehen und stellt die Rangordnung hier doch unmissverständlich klar.
