Chakira ist eine aufgeweckte und lebhafte Stute, die sehr gerne springt, aber sich gerne auch mal Überspringt, wenn sie mit voller Eifer dabei ist. Sie ist wunderbar für Anfänger geeignet, denn sie ist gut geritten und bleibt brav an den Hilfen. Aber man sollte schon einen abwechslungsreichen Tagesablauf ihr bieten. Denn ihr wird schnell mal langweilig und dann kann es mal passieren, dass sie das Genick verwirft oder sich sehr angespornt werden muss. Ansonsten ist sie kinderlieb und überhaupt nicht scheu ist, ob im Gelände oder auf/an der Straße. Im normalen Umgang ist sie lieb und verschmust und bettelt öfters mal nach Leckerlies. Doch man sollte aufpassen, dass man sie nicht zu viel
