Lysann ist eine äußerst freundliche Norwegerstute und ideal zum Betüddeln, Kuscheln und Streicheln. Sie ist wahnsinnig angenehm im Umgang, lässt sich sehr gerne (auch stundenlang) striegeln – ihre Lieblingsstelle ist die Schulter, denn dort kann man die Stute mit einem harten Striegel fest kratzen.
Am liebsten würde Lysann ihre Nase wirklich überall rein stecken und möchte mitten im Geschehen stehen. Besonders wenn es raschelt hat man ihre volle Aufmerksamkeit, denn diese findet sie nicht gruselig, sondern absolut spannend, ob sich da eventuell ein Apfel befindet.
Manchmal braucht sie eine starke Hand, denn sie kann sich durchsetzen, wenn sie merkt, dass sie keine Aufgabe gerade hat.
Prinzipiell kann die Norwegerstute ein Seelenpferd werden. Allerdings braucht sie ihre Zeit um sich an den Menschen zu gewöhnen, damit sie sich zu 99,9% sicher an seiner Seite fühlt. Beispielsweise springt sie dann eher zögerlich über Geländehindernisse und geht nicht unbedingt gleich ins Wasser. Dennoch ist sie in freundliches Wesen, das sich gerne alles anschaut, hat aber eine nette, doch aufdringliche Seite an sich.
Lysann bringt eine solide Ausbildung mit sich und man merkt, dass sich da jemand viel Mühe gab sie auszubilden. Turniererfahrung hat die Braunfalbstute ebenso und platzierte sich unter anderem in L-Dressuren mit weit oben in großen Starterfeldern.
