Wie seine Mama bewies Askari von Anfang an, dass er ein nervenstarker, selbstbewusster und freundlicher Entdecker ist. Er ist ein Charmeur und weiß ganz genau, wie er Menschen um den Huf wickelt. Er ist sehr aufmerksam und hat seine Umgebung im Blick. Neue Begebenheiten, unbekannte Menschen und auch Tiere und andere Artgenossen müssen erst einmal genauestens unter die Lupe genommen werden und werden anfangs auch skeptisch betrachtet, ehe die offene, neugierige und soziale Seite des Hengstes gewinnt und alles wieder OK ist. Kleine Ponys allerdings scheinen ihm für immer etwas suspekt zu bleiben.
Askari liebt seine Freizeit und Freiheit, kann aber gleichzeitig auch als durchaus lernbereit und kooperativ bezeichnet werden. Eine gute Work-Life-Balance scheint dem Hengst sehr wichtig zu sein. Seine dynamischen und schwungvollen Gangarten lassen uns bereits jetzt auf eine erfolgreiche Sportkarriere hoffen und wir sind uns sicher, dass Askari später auch einmal ein sehr umgänglicher und leicht zu handelnder Reithengst werden wird.
