Frans kom till NDC som 5-åring direkt från uppfödaren tillsammans med sin halvbror Nicolaus Copernicus, "Nico". Det var hans stora utstrålning och fantastiska gångarter som gjorde att jag bestämde mig. När Frans gjort sig hemmastadd på NDC och med en ny ryttare i sadeln gav han sig snart i kast med några lättare tävlingar som han avklarade med bravur. Framgång följde på framgång och han avancerade snabbt i klasserna. Frans är en ambitiös häst som tar sig an träningen med samma framåtanda och med samma lätthet oavsett vilken gren det är. Han är till största delen hoppstammad men har fått försmak för dressyren där han går från klarhet till klarhet.​
