Flocke ist eine niedliche Kleine. Sie lässt sich gerne von jedermann streicheln, ist offen und selbstsicher. Im Umgang ist sie nie wirklich zickig oder kompliziert, sodass sie, rein theoretisch, auch als Kinderpony gut geeignet wäre. Am Hof ist sie einer die Ruhepole in der Hrede, sie versteht sich quasi mit allen Stuten ihrer Herde. Unterm Sattel ist sie manchmal etwas träge, lässt sich aber relativ leicht motivieren und vorran reiten, sodass sie, wenn man sie richtig fördert, auch ordentliche Leistungen bringt. Sie präsentiert sich außerdem recht gewandt vor der Kutsche. Mit ihrer Kollegin Oda läuft sie harmonisch im Gespann und ist sein feinfühlig auf die Hilfen. Darüber hinaus ist Flocke eine tolle Mutter. Sie weiß, wann sie ihr Fohlen schützen muss und wann sie es mit anderen spielen lassen muss. Sie ist nicht sonderlich besitzergreifend und übersteht mit viel Beschäftigung auch das Absetzen der Fohlen ganz gut.
