Kingston Flair kommt sehr nach seinem Vater, das Aussehen hat er von seiner Mama geerbt, der Rest kommt vom Vater. Da kann man sich jetzt drüber streiten, ob das gut ist oder nicht, aber für uns ist der Hengst einfach nur toll.
Im Umgang ist Kingston einfach ein Schatz, brav lieb und artig. Klein Kinder mag er gerne und ist dabei auch einer echter Schatz. Auch unter dem Sattel zeigt er sich richtig artig, wenn er ein kleines Kind auf sich sitzen hat.
Aber, ja aber, merkt er das der Reiter oben drauf mehr will, kann sich das auch mal ändern. Er ist dann definitiv kein Anfängerpony mehr. Da kommen dann sowohl Mutter als auch Vater durch. Der Braune Hengst braucht eine feine aber konsequente Hand die ihm die Richtung zeigt und ihm klar sagt, was er zu lassen hat. Seine stärke liegt in der Dressur, Potenzial fürs Springen hat er aber auch. Unter dem Dressursattel zeigt er sich, wenn er seine Meister gefunden hat, recht rittig und trittsicher. Im Schritt tritt er recht kurz, im Trab zeigt er viel Schwung und Schulterfreiheit. Der Trab ist definitiv seine beste Gangart. Im Galopp fehlt es ihm etwas an Bergaufgaloppade, aber durch seine aktive Hinterhand, ist dies nicht so schlimm. Es kann leider aber auch passieren, das er im Viereck einfach mal dichtmach und einfach weiter läuft und auch mal aus dem Viereck läuft.
Mit Helen Hammli hat Kingston seine Meisterin gefunden und die beiden drehen tolle Runden durchs Viereck. Bereits in Jungen Jahren sammelten die beiden erfolgreich Schleifen in Aufbauprüfungen und arbeiteten sich hoch bis zur Klasse M. Sein Debüt in der Klasse M meisterte der Ponyhengst mehr als toll und siegte direkt in seiner ersten M Dressur.
