Unsere Fjordstute Anna-Thena begleitet uns schon seit vielen Jahren – und auch wenn sie älter geworden ist, erkennt man in ihr immer noch das neugierige, aufgeweckte Pferd von früher. Sie liebt es, ihre Umgebung im Blick zu behalten, weiß genau, was sich wo verändert hat, und meldet sich zuverlässig, wenn ihr etwas nicht passt.
Stillstand war nie ihr Ding, und so sorgt sie auch heute noch gern für kleine Abwechslungen im Stallalltag. Fensteröffnen, Halfterablegen oder Zaunkontrollen gehören mittlerweile zwar nicht mehr zu ihren Hauptdisziplinen – dafür genießt sie umso mehr ihre Routine, den Kontakt zur Herde und ihre täglichen Spaziergänge.
Anna-Thena wurde im Offenstall geboren und ist dort nach wie vor zu Hause. Die frische Luft, der Blick über die Koppeln und das lebendige Treiben um sie herum – das ist ihre Welt. In der großen Herde fühlt sie sich wohl und findet immer jemanden, mit dem sie ein Stück gemeinsam geht.
Auch wenn die langen Ausritte inzwischen gemütlicher ausfallen, spürt man sofort, wie sehr sie es genießt, draußen unterwegs zu sein. Anna-Thena ist ein echtes Beispiel dafür, wie viel Lebensfreude, Neugier und Charakter auch im Alter noch in einem Pferd stecken können.
