Husband ist vermutlich der Traumehemann einer jeden Frau. Fürsorglich zu seinen Mädels, konsequent aber fair zu seinen Nachkommen, verträglich mit Artgenossen und sehr aufgeschlossen gegenüber den Menschen. Husband macht keine Probleme im Umgang, obwohl er sehr imposant ist und durchaus ein angeberisches Gehabe an den Tag legen kann, wo niemand auch nur glauben möchte, dass er tatsächlich umgänglich ist. Doch auch wenn er gerne eine Show abzieht und jedem zeigt, was für ein schicker Wallach er doch ist, so bleibt er vorsichtig und immer bedacht, dass da noch ein Mensch in seiner Nähe steht. Husband wurde spät gelegt und war auch als Deckhengst aktiv. Dabei hat er sich aber sehr brav benommen und so waren auch Natursprünge kein Problem. Manchmal denkt er zwar noch er Hengst aber er lässt sich dennoch recht gut händeln dabei.
