Skyling ist ein selbstbewusstes Pony, das gerne mal seinen eigenen Kopf hat und besonders für mutige Kinder ein toller Partner ist. Er ist wachsam und aufmerksam, aber immer fair und berechenbar, wenn er seinen Reiter erst einmal kennengelernt hat. Neue Reiter müssen etwas Zeit einplanen bis Skyling sich auf sie eingestellt hat, aber wenn die Verbindung erst einmal da ist, geht Skyling mit seinen Menschen durch dick und dünn.
Er liebt es, gefordert zu werden und zeigt bei der Arbeit viel Eifer. Kleine Herausforderungen nimmt er gerne an und bietet so ambitionierten jungen Reitern immer wieder die Möglichkeit, sich weiterzuentwickeln.
Mit anderen Pferden versteht sich Skyling gut, solange er die Gelegenheit hat, in Ruhe anzukommen und sich in die Herde einzufinden. Laute Geräusche machen ihn manchmal etwas nervös, aber mit Ruhe und Geduld lässt er sich schnell beruhigen. Und mit einer Banane als Belohnung ist er gleich doppelt motiviert!
Skyling ist ein Pony, das mutige, selbstbewusste Kinder mit einem feinen Gespür für Pferde zu schätzen wissen – und wer ihn einmal für sich gewonnen hat, hat in ihm einen treuen und zuverlässigen Gefährten gefunden.
