Sobald der Name Buffy ertönt und das dazugehörige Pony aufläuft, werden Rufe wie „Oaar“, „Wie niiiiiedlich“ und „Süüüüüüüß“ laut. Das liegt auf jeden Fall an der Knuffigkeit der kleinen Shetystute, die vorallem den Kindern den Kopf verdreht. Buffy liebt diese nämlich über alles und hat sehr viel Geduld mit ihnen. Wenn sie merkt, dass ihre Reiter etwas erfahren sind, macht sie auch ein kleines Späßchen. Insgesamt ist das Fuchspony ein sehr keckes, aber auch flinkes Pony, was aber trotzdem enorm viel Durchhaltevermögen besitzt. Manchmal kann sie aber auch zur kleinen Zicke werden. Dies passiert vorallem, wenn ihr mal was nicht passt, die Nachbarin eher Futter bekommt oder ein anderes Pferd mehr gestreichelt wird als sie selbst.
Buffy eignet sich für E-Dressuren und E-Springen. Von der Kutsche ist sie nicht sehr begeistert. Dort fühlt sie sich zu eingeengt und zerrt lieber an den Leinen, als ordentlich zu gehen.

TS Kleemann | Unter anderem mit Buffy im Gepäck ging es im Sommer 2019 zur Ponyzucht Kleemann, die eine Mini Horse Trophy ausgeschrieben hatte. Die Shettystute positionierte sich im In Hand Trail an mittelster Stelle und auch in der Shetlanpony-Stuten-Trophy kma sie mit der Wertnote 7.4 ins gute Mittelfeld. |
