Feiske ist in dem Sinne eine relativ ruhige Natur. Er genießt Schmuseeinheiten und lässt sich bereitwillig führen und brav putzen. Er ist an der Hand manchmal etwas aufgedreht, wenn er zu nah an eine Stute herankommt, doch man kann das unterbinden, wenn man es dem großen Rappen nur deutlich genug klar macht. In seiner Gruppe hat Feiske seinen Platz gefunden. Kämpfe darum gibt es nicht, nur mal kleinere Rangeleien zum Spaß oder einen sonnigen Platz. Gegenüber Stuten ist er manchmal doch etwas ungestüm, sodass man da etwas vorsichtig sein sollte. Feiske geht gut an allen Hilfen, sowohl unterm Sattel, als auch alleine oder zu zweit vor der Kutsche. Seine eleganten, rassetypischen Bewegungen sind sehr raumgreifend und sehen in Dressurfiguren immer sehr elegant aus. Mit kleineren Hopsern kann er schon etwas anfangen, jedoch sollte man dort nicht zu viel erwarten. Im Gelände scheut Feiske manchmal noch etwas, doch er lässt sich schnell beruhigen und sich auch die Dinge näher zeigen. Vor der Kutsche bleibt er meist ruhig und läuft auch voller Elan.
