Dieser Black Velvet-Sohn mit dem klangvollen Namen Blackmore's Knight J hat es absolut in sich. Er ist nicht gerade einfach zu händeln, aber auch keine tickende Zeitbombe gottseidank. Der junge Rapphengst ist eben noch recht wild und stürmisch, das merkt man auch beim reiten, man muss ihn gut unterstützen und ihm noch sehr viel beibringen. Während seine Mutter, die irische Stute Daráine J, die auf Fürstenwalde beheimatet ist, eher springlastig ist, hat Blackmore's Knight J, der meist nur Kiko gerufen wird, von seinem Vater Black Velvet auch ein bisschen Potenzial in der Vielseitigkeit geerbt. Über Black Velvet muss man ja nicht viel sagen, da er durch einige seiner Nachkommen recht bekannt ist, man denke da nur an die auf Nereus stationierten Hengst GNs Bad Company SP und GNs Belfalas SP. Kiko jedenfalls ist auf dem besten Weg, in die Hufstapfen seines Vaters zu treten und wir sind sehr froh, ihn zu haben.
