Sie hat sich schnell ins Team eingefunden, geht gut auf ihre Berittpferde ein und ist sehr lernbegierig. Manchmal ist sie noch etwas schüchtern, in Auseinandersetzungen gibt sie lieber nach als ewig zu diskutieren und auch unterm Sattel hat sie liebe kooperative, vielleicht etwas faule Pferde, als die totalen Temperamentbolzen.
Nicht direkt mit Ponies, dafür aber mit anderen dickköpfigen Vierbeinern ist Valentina aufgewachsen - ihre Eltern führen einen der größen Betriebe für die Produktion von Ziegenmilchprodukten. So ist sie im Umgang mit Tieren, und auch mit der Arbeit im Stall, von klein auf vertraut. Mit Pferden kam sie erst später, im Reitunterricht am örtlichen Verein, in Kontakt. Auch wenn sie nicht die Idealen Bedingungen für eine Bereiterkarriere mit bringt, hat Valentina ihren Lebenswunsch hartnäckig verfolgt und so schließlich ihre Stelle bei uns ergattert.
