Mit Cool Dave holt man sich einen Friesen, der die typische Sanftheit dieser Rasse verköpert hat. Immerzu friedlich und gelassen. Der kräftige Hengst hat ein imposantes Erscheinen, jedoch ist er stets vorsichtig und hat ein ausgesprochen liebevolles Wesen. Schmuseeinheiten und ausgiebiges Putzen sind ihm wichtiger als unnötiges Machtgehabe und Streitigkeiten. Beim Training sollte man ihn zwar nicht unterschätzen und natürlich muss man auch diesem Hengst deutlich machen, wer von ihnen der Hahn im Korb ist, allerdings ist dies alles im Rahmen eines ganz normalen Hengstes. So viel Temperament, wie man sich das von einem ganzen Mann nun mal erhofft.
